About the Founder
Hi, I’m Anissa, the founder and creative force behind Autumn Nirvana — a wellness-inspired candle and fragrance brand curated in Atlanta, Georgia in 2022.
Born and raised in New York, I’ve always been drawn to the connection between emotion, environment, and energy. In 2018, I earned my Master’s Degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, which deepened my understanding of mental health, mindfulness, and the importance of creating safe spaces for healing.
As a mother of one beautiful daughter, I’ve learned that balance, peace, and presence are not luxuries — they’re necessities. That belief became the foundation of Autumn Nirvana: a brand rooted in self-care, aromatherapy, and intentional living.
